Thank you for reading my blog. As it turns out, someone I know has just successfully managed to get her loan modified. The secret? CALL, CALL, CALL, AND CALL the bank! Keep hounding them until you get a live person who will help you! The banks are hurting, they are so understaffed, there are people answering the phone who do not know what needs to be done. So just keep plugging away!
